Dear Sir/Madam,

Frequent Water Disruption in Taman Lex

I am writing this letter to file a formal complaint on the frequent water supply disruption in my residential area. The matter has been going on for a month.

This issue began on the 20th of April. Initially, the water was quite murky and dirty in the first week. Some residence hesitated to use the water as it was not deemed fit for consumption. The water supply had then been cut off in the second week.

This raises the concern of many as it had caused much inconvenience and frustration. The residences in the area could not do their mundane activities such as washing clothes, cook, and even take a shower.

We would like to appeal to the Water Board for immediate answers and actions to solve this problem. We really hope that this matter will be solved in the nearest time.
