Water Complaint

This is a simple formal letter activity designed for students who are seating for their PT3 English paper.

Recently, your residential area faced frequent water cuts. Write a letter of complaint to the Water Board about this matter and describe the difficult situation. Use the notes to help you write.

Writing Outline

Introduction: write name - addresses - date - salutation - purpose of letter - to complain
